Many people enjoy the weekends because of the increased time they have with their family and friends. Not having to worry about work or school allows you and the people you care about more time to spend together. Some people especially enjoy spending time with their families.

Health

If you're a person that loves walking, running, or working out, you will love the weekends because there is more time for exercise. You won't have to schedule your workouts around your job or if you have too many assignments to do in a short amount of time.

Life Changes

Some people know that their lives are about to change and they don’t want to be busy during those new changes. I know how this feels because I didn’t want to be busy in my senior year of high school. I wanted to make a big change, but I was also scared of making that change.

Stress Relief

Speaking of time, there are some things that you just have to get done during the week. Sometimes weekends are the only time you can do those things so that relieves stress. I know how it is to be stressed out and having days when you’re just too busy.
